By using this site (browsing, placing an order), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) plus our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site or make purchases.

2. Agreement & Acceptance
2.1 By accessing, browsing, or using the Eden & Co website or by making a purchase, you confirm that you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Returns Policy.
2.2 You also acknowledge that you have read them, understood them, and agree to be bound by them.
3. Product Descriptions & Availability
3.1 We aim to describe products accurately; slight variations in metals, finishes, colours, textures, or sizes may occur.
3.2 We do not guarantee that all website content (images, descriptions, pricing) will always be error-free, complete, or up to date.
4. Orders & Payments
4.1 When you place an order, that is your offer to buy. We’ll send a confirmation, but the order becomes binding only when payment is processed and accepted.
4.2 Payment methods used must be valid and authorised by you.
4.3 Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (e.g. Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal); full card-details are not stored by Eden & Co.
4.4 Prices are in AUD and include GST (when applicable). Eden & Co may adjust prices before orders are placed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 We ship within Australia using Australia Post. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
5.2 Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered to the shipping address provided.
5.3 Eden & Co is not responsible for delays caused by carrier/postal service or incorrect addresses given by you.
5.4 Currently, we do not ship internationally.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
6.1 All items are non-refundable. If you change your mind, you may return an item within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. Store credit is valid for 12 months, provided the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, not engraved, in its original packaging, and returned with all accompanying materials.

6.3 Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6.4 Store credit is issued after we inspect and approve the returned item.
7. Promotions & Discounts
7.1 Eden & Co may run promotional offers and issue discount codes from time to time.
7.2 Promotions/discount codes cannot be combined unless specified.
7.3 Any promotions will come with additional terms, which will be clearly stated at the time.
8. Warranty, Defects & Statutory Rights
8.1 All purchases are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms and specifications.
8.2 Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or modifications after purchase.
8.3 If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have rights to repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
8.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content on this site—designs, logos, images, copy—is owned by Eden & Co or its licensors.
9.2 You are welcome to view, download or print for personal, non-commercial use only.
9.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use content for commercial purposes without written permission.
10. Website Use & Conduct
10.1 You must not misuse the site, including but not limited to:
10.1.1 Interfering with site security or functionality
10.1.2 Uploading malicious code or trying unauthorised access
10.1.3 Using the site or its content for illegal purposes
10.1.4 Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your relationship with Eden & Co
10.2 If you submit reviews, photos or testimonials, you grant Eden & Co a non-exclusive licence to use them in marketing, social media, or on the website unless otherwise agreed.
11. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to external websites. Eden & Co is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.
12. Force Majeure
Eden & Co is not liable for any failure or delay in meeting obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, government restrictions, etc.).
13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
13.1 Except as required by law, all items and services are provided “as is” without additional warranties.
13.2 Eden & Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data).
13.3 Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Eden & Co, its officers, employees, and agents from any loss, claim, damage or expense (including legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.
